    • Wrote proposal and obtained permission from the CCNS to conduct a study of the lifeguard teams on the CCNS with the objective of observing team dynamics with relation to performance.
    • Collected data, synthesized the results and hypothesized a model. Discussed findings in a white paper titled "Lifeguarding on the Cape Cod National Seashore" submitted to head of guards.
